No you’re not seeing double! Jennifer and Lucy West are identical twins and have established international careers as fitness experts, personal trainers and athletes. They are seasoned bodybuilding competitors, winning national titles, and promote a healthy and positive fitness and wellbeing lifestyle. The bubbly duo have an infectious personality and their boundless energy underpins their successful digital presence, posting exercise, diet and lifestyle videos to their 350k plus followers on their Instagram profile.
They have also been featured in magazines, national newspapers and websites, both here and in the US, for the their uniqueness within the competitive health and fitness industry. They have contributed as column writers on online magazines such as Female First and We Are The City and support charities with a focus on anxiety, mental health and wellbeing.
They have been sponsored by major sports nutrition brands and you may have spotted them on ‘8 Out of 10 Cats’ and BT Sport. And although it’s hard to tell them apart, you may have seen Jenny as she hit our screens in February 2018 in the ITV2 series Survival of the Fittest.
Jenny also made her debut in 2019 on MTV’s The Challenge War of the Worlds 2, which was shown in both the US (August 2019) and the UK (September 2019) primetime on MTV. Known for her competitive attitude and athletic focus, Jenny made her mark as one of the biggest threats in her first season. She followed this up in the Spring of 2020 (April 2020) which saw her compete for a second season, as she hits our screens again on MTV’s The Challenge Total Madness. Jenny eventually went on to win the finale and cement her place in The Challenge folklore.
