English television actor Jamie Lomas is most known for his role Warren Fox in Hollyoaks, Jake Stone in Eastenders and Jeff Durkin in Coronation Street.
Jamie’s acting career began 2002 when he starred in Brookside. Since then he has gone on to star in a variation of some of the biggest shows on television. These include Heartbeat, Casualty, Dream Team, Doctors, and Stella. Jamie also took on the Australian outback when he starred in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here in 2017 where he came 2nd to Georgia ’Toff’ Toffolo.
Jamie also starred in 2006 movie ‘The Wind That Shakes The Barley‘ alongside Cillian Murphy, Orla Fitzgerald and Liam Cunningham where he played the role of a British soldier. The movie was nominated for Best British Independent Film at the 2006 British Independent Film Awards. He also played the role of Andy in 2016 film ‘The Importance of Being Andy’ where he played the leading role of Andy. Jamie went on to win Best Actor at the US, Studio City Film Festival in 2017.
Other notable achievements include winning Most Spectacular Scene at the 2008 British Soap Awards, where he was also nominated for Villain of the Year & Best Actor.
